Can I purchase my uniforms on this website?
Every person receives a set number of shirts or polos upon hire. If you need additional polos or shirts beyond your initial hire set, this is the place!
If you never received your new hire uniform set, please speak to your general manager first before purchasing additional uniforms here.
Where will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped directly to the gym you choose upon check out.
I ordered one of the preorder items. Why was my order refunded?
Preorder items require a minimum order quantity to be met within a limited window of time. If we did not meet the minimum order quantity and you placed a preorder, you will be refunded for it.
Can these items be sold in the gym?
None of the items in this portal are to be sold at point of sale in the gym. This portal is for employee direct purchases ONLY.

Where is my order number?
All orders send an order confirmation to the email you listed at check out. Check your email and don’t forget to look in the spam folder to find your order number on the confirmation!
